It starts with a phone call from you. Once you book an appointment, I come to your home and do a consultation. The consultation takes about two hours as I walk from room to room, noting my recommendations. The recommendations can be done by yourself or by us - it's up to you! Once the recommendations are met, we can quote to stage your home.


The cost to stage is much less than a price reduction so keep this point in mind!

The cost is dependent on many factors such as size of property and whether rentals are needed for staging as well. Plan to spend between 1% - 3% of the asking price, which is a small price to pay, especially when staging will sell your property for at least the asking price or more and cost you much less than a price reduction on your property.
