Flair 4 Home Staging offers you complete home staging services in three convenient steps.

The first step in staging your property starts with a detailed walk-through consultation. We’ll take a few hours to painstakingly evaluate each room and note our preparation and staging recommendations.

Our consultation fees are based on your property's square footage.
For a property under 2000 sq. ft. the fee is $180 and over 2000 sq. ft. the fee is charged at $0.10 sq/ft.

Once Flair 4 Home Staging completes the consultation and offers our recommendations, you may decide to complete the suggestions on your own or keep us on to prepare your home for staging.

Pre-staging recommendations can include:

• Painting
• Landscaping
• De-cluttering
• Cleaning
• Repairing
• Packing and storing

Please note that pre-staging is not included in the Step 1 consultation or Step 3 staging fees.

Next, Flair 4 Home Staging will undertake the staging or showcasing of your property. Our ultimate goal is to help sell your property for the best possible price and as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. That means we’ll ensure rental furniture and accessories are only used as needed.

Here are the staging services we offer:

Lived-in property staging starting from $450 (condo and single family homes)
(not including rental furniture and/or accessories)

Lived-in Staging services may include:

• Project management including arranging and scheduling of contractors
• Furniture and accessories rental (Picking and packing)
• Photo prep for open house showings
• Arranging storage of items not used in the staging
• De-staging

Vacant property staging starting from $1,500 (condos) or $1,800 (homes)
(including rental furniture and/or accessories)

Services to stage a vacant property may include:

• Rental and placement of furniture and accessories to create a lived-in look
• Cleaners
• Photo prep for open house showings
• De-staging

Flair 4 Home Staging is happy to complete all three home staging steps or each step individually,
